Use your private Health Insurance for Physiotherapy

If you are using private health insurance, please follow the steps below before booking your appointment:

Before your appointment

1. Contact your insurer to confirm your policy covers physiotherapy
2. Obtain an authorisation code for treatment
3. Check if a GP or specialist referral is required

Booking your appointment

Once you have your authorisation details, you can:

• Book online via our Cliniko booking system
• Or contact us directly to arrange your appointment

Please ensure you provide:

• Your insurance provider
• Your membership / policy number
• Your authorisation code

Important information

• Fees are typically covered in line with your insurer's fee schedule
• You are responsible for any excess or shortfall not covered by your insurer
• Missed appointments or late cancellations may not be covered and may be charged directly
